We want to promote a healthy lifestyle to our students and the community, so please join us for John Muir’s biggest fundraiser of the year as we try to reach our goal of $35,000! This money will go toward school programs, assemblies, teacher grants, family events, student and teacher appreciation events, and so much more!

For the year 2025, the Timberwolf Trot is now PTA-powered! Through the dedication of our PTA volunteers, teachers, and students, we are making sure more of every dollar donated goes to making our school awesome! With our new grade-level incentive structure, every student gets to be a part of the fun!

PTA-POWERED FOR 2025…and beyond?

We’re following the lead of other MUSD schools and leaning into the power of our school community to produce a fundraising event with significantly reduced overhead, cheaper donation processing fees, and hopefully a higher return on our school community’s generosity. But we can’t do it without you! This year, we are starting to build a new Timberwolf Trot tradition. One that taps into the passion and power of JME parents and supporters. Our PTA leaders pour their hearts into our kids and JME, but staffing and running every event can be a heavy lift for a small but mighty crew. Third-party event production can mean less donated dollars go to field trips and teacher grants. We know that we have heart in all of our JME families and if we all give a little it can add up to a lot! So help us make the Timberwolf Trot for 2025 the start of something new!
